We are happy to refund any of our product if it is faulty or damaged. we record and monitor every order then package and send, this is to make sure that our products are meeting the premium quality that we have promised to deliver.
If an item is to be refunded and, in this case a refund will be issued, after the customer has returned or post the item back to our local store either in Coburg or Reservoir branch. The customer is responsible to either post or bring the item back to one of our store at their cost.
The enquiry for Exchange or Refund must happen within 2-5 days, later than this time frame, your request for refund or exchange will be automatically rejected as we are in the food market. Hence, we strictly request you to check your order once it delivered and if anything is to be returned or refunded, report it at the earliest possible.
